Celestica fell 8.4% Tuesday as a semiconductor selloff that began in the United States spread overnight to South Korea, where the KOSPI dropped more than 5% and triggered a circuit breaker. The broader TSX Composite slipped 0.82% to 36,367.93, weighed down by financials and miners even as energy names gained. Suncor rose 1.7% as WTI crude closed near $85.03 for a third straight session, the one sector strong enough to offset part of the tech-driven decline.
