1. Usage Terms

Charts on this site may be downloaded, shared, and used freely for professional, educational, and personal purposes, including in presentations, client materials, reports, and publications. No attribution or permission request is required.

Charts may not be altered, edited, cropped, or otherwise modified. Each chart reflects a specific, time-stamped dataset. An altered version no longer accurately represents that record, and altered or edited copies are not an authorized use of this material.

This permission is a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use charts as published. It does not transfer ownership of any underlying data and may be withdrawn for an individual chart or for the site as a whole at any time, without notice. Charts already downloaded may continue to be used under the terms in effect at the time of download.

2. Data Accuracy and No Warranty

Charts on this site are compiled from publicly available sources, including but not limited to Statistics Canada, the Bank of Canada, TMX Group, the U.S. Energy Information Administration, and wire services such as The Canadian Press and Bloomberg. The source and period for each chart are identified on the chart itself.

This site does not independently audit or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figure shown. Underlying data may be revised by its original source after a chart is published, and this site is under no obligation to update, correct, or withdraw a chart to reflect a later revision. Anyone relying on a figure in a professional context should confirm it against the original source first.

Charts and data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Not Investment, Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The underlying data reflected in each chart originates from the third-party sources credited on the chart itself and remains the property of those sources. This site claims no ownership over that underlying data and makes no representation as to any third party's rights in it.

References to Statistics Canada, the Bank of Canada, TMX Group, the Toronto Stock Exchange, the S&P/TSX Composite Index, WTI, Brent, and other organizations, indices, or data providers are used solely to identify the source of publicly reported figures. No affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by any such organization is claimed or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its operator disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, any chart or content on this site, including without limitation any decision made or action taken in reliance on it.

7. No Professional Relationship

Use of this site, including downloading or sharing a chart, does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between the user and this site or its operator.

8. Privacy

This site does not collect personal information. Downloads are logged in aggregate (chart, file format, and timestamp only) to understand usage of this resource. No IP address, cookie, device identifier, or other identifying information is ever recorded, not even in hashed or truncated form. This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of a given use is the version posted on this page at that time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
