Saudi Arabia's East-West Pipeline moves roughly 5.8 million barrels a day to the Red Sea port of Yanbu and has been the main reason oil has avoided crisis-level prices since the Strait of Hormuz effectively closed. Iran has told Yemen's Houthi allies to prepare to close the Bab el-Mandeb Strait if the US strikes Iranian power infrastructure, a move that would directly threaten that route. The UAE's separate Fujairah pipeline bypasses the Red Sea entirely and would be unaffected.
